About Nashville's Siding
Nashville's Siding is a siding contractor serving Nashville and 64 more towns across 12 counties of Middle Tennessee — and we stake our name on how the work goes.
Siding is the trade where the visible work can be perfect over a wall that is rotting because nobody replaced the wrap or flashed the windows. Our crews take the old siding off, fix what they find at a price you agreed in advance, and put the new wall on properly.
What we do
- Wrap and flash first. House wrap, sill pans and window flashing before a single board goes up; that is where a siding job succeeds.
- Price the sheathing. Rotten sheathing is replaced by the sheet at a number you saw in the quote.
- Follow the manufacturer. Hardie, LP and vinyl each have an installation spec, and the warranty depends on following it.
What we will not do
- Side over rot. New siding over soft sheathing looks fine for a year and then holds the water in.
- Nail vinyl tight. Vinyl moves with heat; nailed tight it buckles in July.
- Skip the trim details. The corners, the bottoms and the window returns are where siding fails; they are where the crew spends the time.
What we actually work on
Installation, replacement and repair — everything we handle, and what each one actually covers.
The siding problems Middle Tennessee homeowners bring us most often:
- Siding cracked or warped
- Rot around windows
- Faded and chalky
- Paint it again or replace it
- Storm damage
- Wood siding needs constant work
Who does the work
Every siding crew we run carries liability insurance on file with us and holds the Tennessee contractor’s license the job value requires; the fiber-cement crews are trained on the product they install.
Beyond the paperwork, the test is how somebody handles the part of a siding job that does not go to plan — the honest call when the estimate has to change, and whether you hear about it before the work or after. The siding contractors who stay with us are the ones who have passed that test on jobs we know about.
Why we do not publish reviews yet
No before-and-after photos from a stock library and no quoted customers this brand has not had; the proof will be houses in this region, shown as owners agree.
Where we work
Siding crews working Nashville also cover Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville — 65 towns across 12 counties. Each of the main cities has its own page — what its houses mean for siding, who issues the permits, which neighborhoods are inside the run.
If you want to understand the work before you speak to anyone, our siding guide covers what drives the price, what your options are and what a badly done job looks like — written so you can judge any siding contractor in the region, including us.
Who we are
The owner of Nashville's Siding is Michael Blair; he runs the company and personally answers for this site’s words. Product literature from the manufacturers, the code Tennessee enforces and long siding practice are what the pages rest on, and they are corrected when those change; posts go up under his name with a publish date. Siding crews working for us carry a contractor’s license and insurance and answer to the commitments set out here, and Nashville's Siding stands by every wall they finish.
Verify a siding contractor before signing, including us: the Tennessee contractor’s license shows at verify.tn.gov, the insurance certificate is yours to request before the first board comes off, and every city page names that town’s permit office.
